The ISGA Schools Matchplay Tournament is the largest Independent Schools Golf competition in the UK. 3 students per team play scratch matchplay against their drawn school
This year an extra area was formed to take into account the extra schools entered.
2016 Finals at St Andrews where 21 schools will competed over 2 days
2016 winners – Wellington College, Runners up – Reeds / Millfield
2017 winners – Whitgift, Runners up – Birkdale
National Finals for the 2017/18 season will be at St Mellion International 29/30 April 2018
Teams knocked out in the first round enter the plate where they play stableford under full handicap against their drawn school. A National finals is also held for the plate finalists in June
